Buon anno 2018...con le pentole che mi parlano😄

Ho scelto questa foto per fare gli auguri di Buon Anno, perchè il mio primo amore per la  cucina parte da loro , da questi preziosi tegami.💢💢

 Questa piccola credenza piena di tante pentole, colini, coperchio , padelle, sottopentole ecc... hanno una storia di tanti anni..eppure ancora oggi, alcune di loro sono utilizzate da me per cucinare.

Per me non sono vecchie, ma sono bellissime, il pensare di quante cose sono state cucinate li, mi da' forza nel creare nuove pietanze e appassionarmi ancora di più alla cucina.

Quando devo preparare una pietanza importante prendo e scelgo il mio tegame o pentola in alluminio,  perchè il risultato finale, secondo me è migliore.

Senza pensare a quando passo davanti le vetrine dei negozi  dove sono esposte  pentole nuove.... mi incanto e sogno il piatto che cucinerei...

Insomma il mio augurio per l' Anno 2018 parte da loro..... con tanta voglia di cucinare 💕

Vi posso confessare anche un segreto?   Ebbene ve lo svelerò subito... queste erano della mia Nonna Mora...una grande nonna chef 😉

I chose this photo to wish a Happy New Year because my first love for cooking starts with them, from these precious pans.



 This small sideboard full of many pots, strainers, lids, pans, trivets etc ... have a history of many years .. yet even today, some of them are used by me to cook.


For me they are not old, but they are beautiful, the thought of how many things have been cooked there, gives me the strength to create new dishes and get even more passionate about cooking.



When I have to prepare an important dish I take and choose my pan or aluminum pot, because the final result, in my opinion is better.


Without thinking about when I step in front of the windows where they are exposed new pots .... I am enchanted and I dream the dish that I would cook ...



In short, my wish for the year 2018 starts from them ..... with a great desire to cook 💕


Can I even confess you a secret? Well I'll tell you right away ... these were from my Nonna Mora ... a great grandma chef 😉
